We offer offices for rent ranging from 20 m² to 200 m² and storage spaces. The administrative building is located in Martin on Čsl. Armády Street. The original structure was approved in 1983. A complete renovation of the entire building, including full insulation, replacement of electrical installations, sanitary facilities, flooring, and the construction of 60 parking spaces, was completed in November 2015. The building has three above-ground floors, each with an area of approximately 800 to 900 m². The building is connected to a new optical cable and has a complete structured cabling system for connecting phones and the internet both externally and within the building. Each rentable space has a separate electrical circuit breaker and, if necessary, separate metering. Heating is gas-based. Each floor is heated by a separate boiler with individual heating measurement. On each floor, there are men's and women's restrooms, a kitchenette, and a cleaning room. The building has a separate CCTV system inside and outside in the area, as well as an alarm system for common areas on the ground floor. The price per m²/month is 6 Euros + 2 Euros for utilities.
